How to delete your Meta App data and connected account information

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, we provide our users with a clear and straightforward process to remove their account, disconnect third-party integrations, and completely delete any platform data stored on our servers (such as access tokens, campaign settings, ad fatigue metrics, and Facebook Page profiles).

Below are the step-by-step methods you can use to request or perform data deletion.

Method 1: Disconnect Meta Assets via Dashboard (Immediate Deletion)

You can instantly delete all retrieved campaign metrics, Instagram Page insights, and authorization tokens directly from your account settings:

  1. Log in to your account at https://admanager.bhayaniinnovations.com/login.
  2. Go to the Settings page in the left sidebar menu.
  3. Click on the Connections tab.
  4. Under the Meta connection list, locate the Facebook/Instagram account you want to remove.
  5. Click the Disconnect button.
Data removal effect: Clicking Disconnect immediately deletes your encrypted Meta User/System access tokens and all cached data from our PostgreSQL databases.

Method 2: Remove the App from Facebook Settings

You can revoke our app's access to your Facebook profile, Pages, and ad accounts directly through Facebook's security options:

  1. Log in to your personal Facebook account at facebook.com.
  2. Go to your profile menu and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.
  4. Find our application listed under the active apps (typically named AdBoard or Meta Ads Manager SaaS).
  5. Click the Remove button next to the app.
  6. Confirm the removal by checking the box to delete app history and clicking Remove again.

Method 3: Request Complete Database Deletion via Email

If you wish to delete your entire account, including email credentials, team configurations, agency setups, and all history, you can request manual deletion:

Send an email from your registered account address to: bhayaniinnovations@gmail.com

  • Subject: Meta App Data Deletion Request
  • Body: Provide your user account ID, agency name, and/or registration email.

Once received, our team will process your request within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your account and all associated platform metadata have been permanently erased from our production databases and backups.
